[ICOM] IC706 Mk2G and AH-3

Further to an earlier posting from me regarding getting an older 706 to make
the AH-4 tune on 6 metres, has anyone tried to get an AH-3 to tune on 6 with
the later model rig?

What about the AT series marine type tuners, has anyone tried them on 6
metres?

Icom don't give much of an indication in the specs for the various models
but it is quite the case that the tuner will match whatever the radio tells
it to - if the tuner has the capacity to do so.
