[ICOM] ICOM PS-55 power supply

    I had one and used it with an IC-735. It ran hot enough to cook your
breakfast. I sold it and bought an Astron RS-50A. Best move I ever made.

I've recently acquired a PS-55 power supply to be used with an IC-728 and
maybe IC-735.
 
One of my ham buddies told me that this PS can't deliver enough Amps for
full output on the 728 and 735. Any truth to that statement? Comments
appreciated.
