[ICOM] ICOM PS-55 power supply

Bert,

The PS-55 was the intended matching PSU for the
IC-735,  and this was a very popular combination. The
PS-55 is capable of powering any 100W class
transceiver, so I seriously doubt the accuracy of that
statement.
