[ICOM] P2 Serial #s

Hi Mark,

Icom changed the serial number format in 2004, as I recall. The old format
was simply a 5-digit number; the new one is 7 digits as follows:

2-digit national variant prefix + 5-digit S/N

Example: 22 = Pro2, USA/Canada. 32 = Pro3, US/Canada.
