[ICOM] VL-1000 Quadra

Adam,

I just unpacked my new Quadra and I came across an anomaly
that you will be able to answer.
When I switch to 10 or 12m the amp defaults to low power and will
not go to high...is this correct?  All other bands it runs at high
power (haven't checked 6m yet).
