Thanks for the tip Larry but I don't think the balun is bad because the
amp loads the antenna on 80,40,20,17,15.12 and 10.

Julio: Connect a 100-150 Ohm dummy (could be t2 or 3, 50 ohm dummy loads
in series)  load to the output of the PW-1 and see if that will tune
OK. If it will, them you may have a bad Balun or antenna. Good luck.
