[ICOM] PRO II Reset Problem

One of our club members reported that while he was using the club's PRO
II last night it shut off in the middle of a transmission. When it came
back on it had done a complete reset and erased the club's call letters
from the opening screen and wiped out all the settings and memory.

Has anyone experienced this before? I'm almost sure the turning off of
the rig was due to losing DC power due to a bad connection but the
complete reset has me puzzled. I wonder if the fact he was key down
during the voltage dropout has any bearing on the problem.
