[ICOM] W32A for trade

I have an Icom W32A dualband HT in good condition that I am looking to trade for an Icom T81A.  The W32A does dual receive,and you can listen on one band while transmitting on the other band which makes it perfect for satellites. It has the BP170 AA battery pack, copy of manual, antenna, but no charger.  Looking only to trade for an Icom T81A.
