[ICOM] Query.

Without going out to truck and measuring, I
believe my filter is about 4 inches square by
about 1 inch thick. If you can't find a place
to put THAT, you aren't really trying!
I put mine under a small floormat at the
forward portion of the transmission hump
on a Ford F-250SD 4WD pickup!

Thanks - I will chew on this a while.
The filters sound like they are too big for what I have to work with. The
dog show rig is a FORD E-350 one-ton van. All the seats have been removed
to facilitate dog crates and show equipment. There just isn't room for my
radio! Hey - it is HER van! <grin> I have a fully-loaded 28 - 1300 MHz
IC-901A in my jeep!
Mike.
