Yes,I have a 2720 and a dr-620.The 2720 even opened has less intermod that
the 620.Before I opened the 620 I received very little intermod.Once opened
a signal abt 3 kcs away will break squelch.The 2720 is tighter than the
620.If left stock then the built in filters work well...73,john
