[ICOM] Ex-704 information

Hi Des:
I have the EX-704 programmer and have just looked in the manual for
it but they do NOT mention the IC-H21T in the manual. However, this
doesn't mean that it won't work with your radio as they likely had
different versions for different countries. In other words, your
portable may be the same as a portable used in north america but with a
different model name. If you check with Icom America, they should be
able to tell you about this.
