[ICOM] Icom 706 MKII G and 440

My IC-706MkIIG's operate as well on 440 as any of my dual-band VHF/UHF 
mobile radios.  They doen't have the performance of a stand-alone 
weak-signal radio, but I think it is fair to say they weren't designed to.

If you are unable to hear signals that are readable on an HT or typical 
50-watt mobile radio, then I suggest there is something wrong with your 
particular system.
