Yes.
It has a built in keyer with memories much like the one in the 703 and 703+.

I'm bound to have missed something here. I can't find "built-in keyer"
as one of the features of the 7000. The back panel photo shows "keyer
jack", which says to me a place to plug in a keyer (as opposed to
"key/paddle jack"). Someone please tell me that I'm being too literal,
and that there really is a built-in keyer.
