[ICOM] IC-756Pro2 & Pro3 CW Rise Time

The CW rise/fall time for the IC-756Pro2 and Pro3 is actually about half
of the menu setting.  I've measured the CW bandwidth (key clicks) for
both radio as follows:

4 msec (factory default) = +/-1.5 kHz
6 msec = +/-1.0 kHz
8 msec = +/-500 Hz

I recommend that CW operators who use these radios set the CW rise time
menu to 8 msec (max) to keep their signals clean.
