[ICOM] CW Settings IC-756 Pro II

John WD1V forwarded the following webpage
which shows CW waveforms for a Pro II. Looks like
this is case where the default should be 8 ms
and no shorter than 6 ms to ensure good clean CW
without key clicks.  I would assume this would
be a good idea for the Pro III and IC-7800 also.
