[ICOM] IC-W31A

I've got it in mine, for TX in the European and satellite part of
70cm.  I think I had MTS do it, but I also had the parts for 1750Hz
European repeater tone added at the same time.

I also have the service manual, so finding D15 was easy enough, too.

   Has anyone ever done the extended TX coverage on the IC-W31A? This unit was 
   made before the 440 band was extended to 420 so any help will be grateful. 
   BTW I can't make heads or tails of what the MODS.dk mod is. it is way too 
   confusing.  Dan
