Had a 761 (not 765) for several years. A great radio back in the late '80s and '90s. In 1996 I bought a 775dsp and loved it. Like an idiot I sold it 3 years ago. Regretted it ever since. Finally a few months ago found a mint unit from one of the last production runs and grabbed it. Receiver is quiet. Enough flexibility to tailor transmit and receive audio the way I like it. Ergonomically great. Selectivity with filters is just fine. Enjoyed it much better than my 756 Pro which I eventually sold. The 775 is staying in the shack.
