[ICOM] FW: Radio

Not only does the DIAL LOCK button allow the know to turn, but the knob can 
still turn, but the receiver won't move in frequency.

If the DIAL LOCK button is pressed (engaged) it will look just like the 
receiver won't change frequency.  You should see the frequency (on most 
radios) and be able to vary the sound and other features (such as change 
i.f. filters).  The dial frequency is just LOCKED.

The dial-lock button disables the LEDs, but the know will still turn.
