[ICOM] Help: IC-02AT Problem

My IC-02 has stopped working.  Here are the symptoms:

Only the right three frequency digits are displayed (e.g. 146.52 is displayed 
6.52).
Pushing the PTT causes the display to flash.
HT neither receives or transmits.

I've tried resetting the CPU by both holding the function button while 
turning the HT on and by pressing the internal reset switch, both to no avail.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for your help
