[ICOM] IC765 - NO POWER OUTPUT - INTERMITTENTLY

My 765 is long gone to a new home, but I had the same problem. There is a
meter shunt resistor in the power supply that develops an intermittant
solder connection (cold solder joint).

The resistor is a copper bar, about an inch long, 3/16" wide and 1/16"
thick. As I recall once you get the power supply opened up it's easy to see
and easy to resolder.
