[ICOM] wtb pro3

It's probably worth verifying whether or not the Icom warranty runs to 
equipment owners beyond the original purchaser, as some warranties do and 
some do not ... but,  if the balance of the warranty is a material element 
of your purchase decision, best to check it out.
