I purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment from R&L for many years.
Received an Icom IC-775DSP that looked like a repack with no film on the
display , sent it back for another one and they charged me a restocking fee.
Since then I have purchased from Burghardt and hate I didnt from the start.
