[ICOM] IC-551d schematic needed

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the schematic for the IC-551d?

I am trying to fix one for a friend. The rig receives and transmits fine
on it's display frequency, but moving the dial will not change it.
I have checked the frequency lock switch, and that is off, and the opto
chopper seems to be working fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
