Hi Bill,

The feature is of little use in Canada even now. Cable penetration is 100%
in all urban areas, and runs pretty high even in smaller towns. Vancouver
has only 2 OTA TV channels left.

Most TV delivery in Japan is OTA. The TVRO feature will enjoy some
popularity there - but somehow I cannot visualise watching "Star Wars" or
"Lord of the Rings" on a 5cm screen!
