[ICOM] 706 MK II off frequency

Not a reflection on your particular circumstance, but
I own a TS2000 and a 706MK IIG.  Over the course of
hundreds of QSO's with my father and brother (both
operating 706 MK IIGs) using my TS2000, I've found the
they are always slightly off frequency on SSB, while
any many more QSOs with other stations seem to be
right on frequency.  

It's purely anecdotal, but I tend to believe the ICOMS
are the ones slightly off. Could be because stock
TS2000s have high stability crystal units while stock
706s do not. Someday when I have a frequency counter
I'll measure both and see how they come out.
