The Vsend line also  operates on UHF by default in the Initial Set mode. 
Have a look at page 54 of the instruction manual. You can set it to operate 
only for UHF,  both VHF and UHF ( default setting ) and OFF where the Hsend 
pin is used for all amplifier switching.

Vsend is pin 7 of the 13 pin socket
