[ICOM] 706MKII off frequency

I did have it on cold.  I also checked it against two others and figured out
that it is the Kenwood that is off frequency rather than my Icom.  My other
problem is with someone who has a speech processor that leaves nothing but
highs so I couldn't find his base voice.

Thanks for the help.  Now I know the limits of the radio.
