[ICOM] AMP INTERFACE TO 756 PRO II

I would rather replace an inexpensive relay than be without my radio and
have to tear it apart or send it in for repair because I thought it was
meant to "handle" the load.  I am NOT willing to risk my radio for the cost
of an external relay if anything "happens" out of the norm.
