[ICOM] CT-16 Interface cables

Hello:
       I purchased a used Icom CT-16 Satellite Interface to install between my 275H and 475H and it arrived without any control cables.  The control cables are supplied as part of the unit and although I specifically mentioned them in the reply to the seller before I agreed to buy, the CT-16 is here minus any cables. Does anyone know the configuration of these cables or have an Icom part number for them?
