[ICOM] ICOM marine/ham radios

Actually there were two versions of the M710 and one version had ham
bands without modifications.  The newest M710 comes in only one
version that DOES allow ham operation.

I would trade for any one of them if someone wants a nice ICOM 725. I
need the marine bands for use on my boat.  My 725 is moded to do
Marine band so in an emergency, "anything is legal including landing
inverted on the main runway", as my old flight instructor once told
me.
