[ICOM] IC-706 POWER PROBLEM

May be caused by intermittent contacts on the face plate connection, and/or
remote cable connectors .. make sure bright and shiny, and fully seated when
"snapping" the face onto the radio body..  73 .. Mark  AA6DX
