[ICOM] Icom kind of disappointing at Hamcomm

There was no contest going on this weekend. What you heard was a time
machine recording that was playing back. It really sounds like it is
real, but it was a recording. They did the same thing at Dayton.
The time machines record an entire sub band with VHS tape and can play
it back allowing a user to tune across the band after a contest is over.
