[ICOM] BC-79 Problem

You might try one of the usual sources for
a manual for the BC-79.  I downloaded the
manuals/schematics for the BC-119 and BC-121
chargers.  I don't remember the source right now.

Since I received such great help on the Icom PW1, let me throw a question on
the Icom BC-79.
My beloved and first HT, the Icom W21AT, is now without a charger.
The BC-79 failed, no output.
The wall supply is OK, but appears to have a fault internal to the unit.

Has anyone repaired these or are they considered disposable?
