[ICOM] IC-730 toubles

Hi all, 
I'm troubleshooting my old Icom in hopes of reviving it.  I'm receiving the
following on the display:  08._E_.0 and a reset is not working.  I believe
I've isolated it to the logic board, but I'm having trouble from there.  Has
anyone experienced this error and found the problem before I dig any deeper?
All help greatly appreciated as this rig has traveled the world with me
since new.
