[ICOM] HM-7 Microphone

I just noticed that:
The IC-728 uses the HM-12 microphone which does not have a preamplifier
built into it.
The IC-730 uses the HM-7 which does have a preamplifier built into it.

At first glance it looks like they are not swapable between these rigs does
anyone know if they are?
