I strongly agree with Jim; Scott Malcolm is THE guy for older Icoms. 
Have had at least five serviced by him. Work was always tops, quick 
turnaround, and reasonable price. Scott is also willing to discuss 
repair or other projects with you on phone or via email. GL es 73 to
