Jim: there is a possibility that the input side of your T/R relay in your amplifier has become open, or something has happened to the tuned input of your amplifier. You can test this by keying the amp into a dummy load, then look at the anps input impedance with an antenna analyzer such as an MFJ-259B. If you don'd have one, perhaps you know someone who does.
