[ICOM] Mods for IC-2KL

I heard from somebody that you can buy the face plate but I haven't checked
with ICOM. Maybe some one out there has one to spare at a reasonable price?

Looks like you would need a new face plate marked for the 28MHz position.
Are these available anywhere??
