[ICOM] IC-756PRO - Thumping, flickering screen, reset

I found out he had a dummy load - I didn't see one - but he has one.
I'll bring over my Fluke and test the load voltage.  I'll also turn on his 2 
meter FM radio and listen to WX radio - if he has p/s problems it might be 
obvious in listening to the WX audio while the transmitter puts 100 watts 
into dummy load.

What is puzzling - as if it is a problem with his transceiver - is that 
nothing has been changed since it worked perfectly.
