[ICOM] PRO III QST review

It is interesting to note that another undocumented feature of the new
PROIII is that the CW waveform is improved in full breakin mode

"The PROII, as we noted in our earlier review,
shortens the dits when the radio is in fullbreak-
in mode. ICOM has totally eliminated
this defect in the PROIII, and it was
a bit of a surprise to find that ICOM never
mentions this fact anywhere in its advertising."

The QST product review of the Icom 756PROIII is now on
the ARRL members only website. Makes for some
interesting reading. They never really conclude
whether it is worth the extra $800 over the PROII or
not.
