[ICOM] RE: Icom 781 heat problem (Peter Veach)

The excellent IC-781 line voltage test results were published by Floyd, K8AC
back in March of 2004. Unfortunately his link to the article no longer works
but perhaps Floyd is still a list member and can help us with a new link.
