[ICOM] IC-706 Mobile Noise Question

Make sure the screw connections are clean before tightening them down.  Clamp-on Ferrite chokes will help also.  Make sure the radio has a good ground (to chassis with a short strap).  I have never had a problem with my IIg remoted.  It is in the trunk and the display on the console.  Auto is a 2000 Grand Prix GT.....antenna is an N9JMX 2" Screwdriver.
