[ICOM] FS faulty AH-4 tuner.

Hello all,

I have a faulty AH-4 tuner for sale.

It is repairable however if you can do SMT work.  Icom want too much to
repair it and I am looking to see who else might be interested in taking it
on as a project as I am still undecided and unsure if I can do it myself.

Cost to repair about $50 Aust.  Time: a few hours.  Hence Icom's expensive
quote.  Too much in labour charges.
