[ICOM] Problem with IC-2400 duo-bander

Today, I turned the rig on and neither the display
nor the actual receiver for the sub-band came on.
I can switch between main and sub bands and
VHF works but no UHF repeaters in the area where
I am now.  I have service manual at home, but am
wondering if anybody might have an idea as to where
to start looking for the problem.  Right now I suspect
that I have probably lost a low voltage regulator that
feeds something pertaining only to the sub-band.

Any other suggestions?
