Trying pinging the site. If that doesn't work, send a note off
to your isp and explain that you can't see that site. I'd wait
a day before doing this too--sometimes isp's have problems
with their 'upwind' pipes where routing gets trashed, such
that a particular segment of the net is unaccessible.
