The CI-V address for the PRO3 is hex 6E.  This is decimal 110.  I think you
need to put in 6E in DX4Win.

Hi Folks,
   got a new Pro3 connected to dx4win but on 20 and 15 the band keeps
switching back and forth to SAT . you have to watch the band before dropping
the ENTER key or else you get SAT for the band.
    The pro3 has A 3 Digit address and dx3win will not accept the third.
    Any help?
