[ICOM] Best antenna for 706 mobile?

I am using an AH-4 Tuner with a Francis Amazer 108" CB whip mounted on a
Hustler quick disconnect mount on the side of my SUV...Get good reports on
40 and 80... great reports on 20... superb reports on 17, 15,12,10..

However I also have on quick disconnects.. single band tuned Valor
antennas... these always perform at least 1-2 S units better on 40 qand 80
because they are
effectively center loaded...

So if I am driving around.. I use the long whip which tunes everywhere

... If I am stationary and want to get the best results on a single
frequency then I pop in one of the Valors.
