[ICOM] 706 tuning encoder

I shoulda said 'encoder' not 'potentiometer.'  Will order from Icom.  Have removed encoder and cleaned shaft, and re-installed, with dramatic improvements, but suspect it will have to be replaced in the very near future.  Electrically it appears fine.  Mechanically it has 'rough spots.' Thanks.
