[ICOM] ic 756prolll power question100w on ?

Hello 
I like to ask the group a question,
i never had proll but i have the prolll and the ic 7800 . 
now when i connect a power/SWR daiwa CN801 
i cant see 100 w with a dummy load . now on the prolll i  can see 100w on the 
meter 
of the prolll but from the daiwa starting from 1.8 i can  see 100w on the 
daiwa as long i'm
going on the up from 3.5 ok 7, then from 14 Mhz and up it  show on the daiwa 
less 100w and on 50Mhz about 80 or 90 w but the pro meter  the analoge and 
the digital meter 
show 100w on 50Mhz on the digtal meter it show less one  dot from the end but 
it still 100w 
well is any one try to test it is it normal?
as well it not show 200w on the ic 7800 it is play me the  same game, from 
1.8 till 40meter
its ok then it show less 200w .
2nd 
on the prolll when i switch on if i close my ear to the  top front grill when 
i start switch on 
i hear for 1 to 2 second noise is this normal >?i do  not have any other 
swr/power meter 
to test it 
is any one know how good the prolll or ic 7800 meter  accurate are?
i know that my old pro have more then 100w on all band 
it show on the daiwa meter as well it change from band to  band .
but i see 100 on all band from the old pro as well . 
so is the DAIWA CN801 is not good after all  ?
