Do you want to buy or build?  Time was a problem for me and I use
http://members.fortunecity.com/w2eny/relay/ and have for the 746, and 706,
works fine and lasts a long time as one of my old instructors used to say.
I have also used several of his other products and not had trouble with any
of them.  Great if you want plug-n-play.
